Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 egg beaten
  • cup milk
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 tblsp Chopped fresh parsley
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tblsp plus 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Prep the Ingredients: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, onion, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, herbs and spices, salt, and pepper. Mix well until thoroughly combined.
  • Shape the Loaf: Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
  • Bake: Place the loaf pan in the preheated oven and bake for 30 mins.
  • Glaze: While the meatloaf is baking, prepare a simple glaze by mixing together 1/2 cup ketchup and 1 tablespoon brown sugar or white vinegar. Brush the glaze over the top of the meatloaf and bake for another 30 mins or until a meat thermometer inserted into the center reads 160°F (71°C).
  • Serve: Let the meatloaf rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
