Ingredients
  

  • 2 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tblsp Chia Seeds optional
  • 3 cup water
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup chopped apple

Instructions
 

  • Cook the Oats: In a medium saucepan, combine oats, water or milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 5-7 minutes, or until desired consistency.
