  • Store Properly: Store your granola bars in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer. These will keep for up to a week in the fridge and up to 3 months in the freezer.

How to make Chocolate PB Energy Bites

Ingredients

  • 6 tblsp powdered peanut butter (PBFit)
  • 2 cups oats
  • 3 tblsp cocoa powder
  • 1 cup Peanut Butter, creamy or chunky works
  • ½ cup chocolate chips
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • ½ cup water

Step-by-step Instructions

  1. Combine Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the powdered peanut butter, oats, honey, cocoa powder, peanut butter, chocolate chips and water. Mix well until a dough forms.

2. Roll into Balls: Using your hands, roll the dough into bite-sized balls. Or you can line a 8 x 8 square pan with parchment paper and pack this mixture into it in order to chill and cut into bars.

3. Chill and Enjoy: Place the protein bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or until firm.
