- 2 large eggs

- 1 cup very ripe bananas, mashed
- ½ cup Greek yogurt, can sub sour cream
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tsp cinnamon

- Preheat: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan and line with parchment paper.
- Combine Dry Ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, spices, and salt.
